Teaching

Course

I exceeded teaching workload greatly every year, and I am teaching courses such as Statistical methods and techniques, The methods and application of modern statistical analysis, Multivariate statistical analysis and Application of regression analysis for graduate students. Especially, when I began to teach "Statistical Quantification" for non-statistical graduate students in 1996, most students say highly of it and more and more students like listening this course now. This course did a lot to improve teaching level of our school.

Discipline construction

I published several influenced papers on discipline construction of statistics, drafted out "the 9th 5-year scientific research planning on statistics" and " the 10th 5-year scientific research planning on statistics" for the Ministry of Education .I also Greatly promoted the construction of statistics as a first-grade discipline of natural science.

I am a director of Renmin University of China's branch of JiuSan Society, a committeeman of the political consultative conference of Haidian district, Beijing, A special invited inspector in State Administration of Taxation, A special of observer of Beijing Local Taxation Bureau, a Vice-president of the Labor Union of Renmin University of China and a vice-secretary-general and executive member of the council in Chinese Association of Applied Statistics (CAAS) (the first-grade national society).
