教育经历

南开大学概率统计博士
中国科学院、加拿大ALBERTA 大学、CALGARY大学、香港中文大学、香港浸会大学 以及澳大利亚Melbourne 大学6个博士后,德国HUMBOLDT 大学应用统计与经济中心SFB FELLOW。

工作经历

有人说他的教学生涯富有传奇色彩:早在1987年中师毕业后他就走上了讲坛,迄今已有30个年头了。从学前班的学生到博士生,他都教过;从边远落后的少数民族聚居区到繁华的大都市的教学生活,他都亲身经历过。
在中国人民大学任教12年期间先后讲授了16门次研究生课程和4门本科生课程,其中包括新开的8门国际前沿统计学课程,内容涉及分层回归、分位回归、鞍点逼近、流行病学、金融风险管理、成份分析、高维复杂数据降维、统计诊断、小波分析等当今统计学的热点话题,所选教材全部使用国际上一流院校普遍采用的优秀教材,采用双语教学。
所带毕业的与在读的博士生、研究生共计90多名。

基金项目

近十年,本人一直与国内外一些著名统计学家保持学术上的紧密联系与实质性合作。空中飞行距离累计达上百万里路,迄今为止已与国内外14名导师合作过,他们分布于亚洲、欧洲、美洲以及大洋洲。 先后在国际国内的学术刊物上发表100多篇文章,著书9部(合著)。
