【Abstract】

The development of the Internet from IT to DT has become an inevitable trend, this paper studies the statistical thinking of DT era, Internet statistical concepts and Internet Statistical System. The research is on the Internet statistical theory system for the future development of the Internet Statistics, including Interconnection statistics, intercommunication statistics, interaction statistics. It analyses the effects of the International Telecommunication Union, China Internet Information Center Internet statistics system, together with the State Statistics Bureau Enterprise Informationization and e-commerce statistics, and points out the huge gap between the existing problems and the actual needs. It also studies the challenges of the Internet Statistics development and gives the policy of China’s Internet statistics development.
