报告人：Stuart Klugman, FSA, CERA, PhD is Staff Fellow for Education at the Society of Actuaries, a position he has held since 2009.He provides actuarial support for all aspects of the SOA’s education system. For the previous 35 years he was Professor of Actuarial Science at The University of Iowa (1974-1988) and Drake University (1988-2009). He has published numerous research papers and is a co-author of the book Loss Models, which is currently required for Society of Actuaries Exam C.

摘要：
This presentation will be in two parts. The first part is a presentation on the latest changes and future plans for the Society of Actuaries Education system. Emphasis will be on the changes to the Fundamentals of Actuarial Practice Course and CERA requirements in 2012 and changes to the FSA exams in 2013. The second part is a technical presentation discussing how credibility theory can be used to combine a company’s own mortality experience with information from a standard mortality table.
